Alcohol, excellent at killing germs, used excessively can be drying, but Happy Hands contains dimethicone, opacifier, vitamin E and aloe to combat dryness. Happy Hands is fast and easy to use. No WATER is required, no towels, no air dryers. Just dispense a few drops into the hands and rub gently for 15 seconds until the hands are dry. When dry, hands will have a soft pliable and smooth feel.
